How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking our services at least 3-6 month in advance. Please also note, during wedding season bridal trials may only be available from Monday through Thursday since weekends we may be book for weddings.
Why are Trials required?
Trials are required to ensure efficiency on the day of your wedding
Is there a time limit for the trial?
We book trials for 90 mins per service, to ensure proper amount of time for trials, try to book at least 2-3 weeks in advance. please request more time if you are looking to try different versions of your hair + makeup goals. ( an additional charge will be added)
Can I book a trial before signing a contract?
Of course, however we do not recommend it. Our services for your wedding day are not booked until a contract is signed along with the deposit.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Depending the location of your wedding travel fees may be applied .
Why do we need to add our wedding party to the contract?
In order to provide the best possible service to you + your wedding party we require to add their services to the contract so we can ensure to book additional artists to provide their service.
When is the remainder of the balance due?
The remainder of your wedding day services are due two weeks before your wedding.
How are the payments accepted?
We will send you an invoice for the deposit + remainder of the balance via email, they can be paid for by card via the invoice. (personal checks are not accepted)
Should gratuity be paid in advance or day of?
There will be an option for gratuity on the invoice, however if preferred you and your wedding party may bring cash to tip the artists personally
What is the cancelation policy
If for any reason the client or member of the wedding party wishes to cancel the booked event or contracted services, the client must give a two week notice, or the contracted amount will still be due. All cancellations must be made in writing
How about rescheduling:
The performance of the contract may be rescheduled to an alternate wedding date. In the event that the wedding is revised to a date we are not available, the deposit non-refundable. In event the wedding reschedules during the two weeks leading up to the wedding day on a date we are not available, the full amount will be due and/or is non- refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a Service if a client is rude or aggressive. In this case we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the service will be non-refundable.
